The family room was light and fine with a free safe deposit box. A hair dryer and bath sheets were a nice touch. - the hotel is very close to sandy beaches, the Marina, the National Park, and Alcoceber, making the location perfect.

Our classic king room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. Pleased it had a bathtub. Location: the hotel was so close to the nice sandy beaches of Alcossebre, the newly opened Castellon airport and restaurant.

The room was large and the hotel was reasonably clean. Very pleasant staff and everything was good. - the location was great, close to bars, restaurants, shops, beach. - the view was lovely. - I thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was delicious and brilliant.

The attention of the excellent staff. The reception was very interested in everything being as good as possible, at any time . In the restaurant also very friendly , cooks and chefs pending for allergies and intolerances of my family. The normal machine coffee, better in the cafeteria (it usually happens). Quality of buffet also within the normal thing. Without much variation. I suppose that they will improve, they take little time according to I found out and I know that in other hotels of this chain the food is phenomenal.

they improve the maintenance of the rooms and sofa beds it will be all great. I guess they'll be on it. bad condition of sofa beds and their mattresses. They gave us the best solution they could by putting in double mattresses, I don't think it's right for a hotel to have them in that state. other beds are fine.

The suite they gave us is quite new, big, comfortable and clean, in front of the pool but well soundproofed. The hotel has a perfect location because it's close to everything, plus it has a supermarket right outside the door and it's easy to park. The swimming pool is ideal for swimming after the beach or relaxing in the many sun beds. Very friendly and reactive staff for any doubt or query.

A clothesline on each terrace would prevent each client from hanging up their towels and swimsuits on the balcony, giving a slightly ugly feeling to the whole. There is a certain obsession on the part of the clients to reserve the sunbeds in the early morning, which I do not share at all: leaving a towel at 9 am and not appearing until 12 pm but having your sunshade reserved, with the hotel putting a rule prohibiting it for sure to be solved. Finally the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner ... is fair, you can not expect very high quality for the extra price you pay for them: the gastronomic offer Alcocebre solve it by going out to lunch or dinner.

The hotel was immaculately clean. the staff were attentive and excellent. - the perfect location near the Marina and town made it convenient. - Alcossebre district was worth exploring. - the breakfast food was excellent and brilliant.

The whole hotel staff is very friendly. Both on arrival and departure we were offered refreshments at the reception. Very attentive and willing to help at all times. (Standard room). The rooms are well equipped, spacious, clean and have a balcony. The TV is flat and about 29". The air conditioning cools down perfectly.. The facilities in general are luminous and with current decoration.

Restoration: Most days the buffet left a lot to be desired. Little variety of dishes and low quality in general. Location: It's a little far from the main beaches to go on foot. Standard room: In the bathroom there is no bidet and it has a bathtub and no shower. Swimming pool area: Some shaded area and/or more umbrellas are missing.

Room was too small, bathroom was tiny - hazard getting in/out of bath/shower. Menu, food choice, and food quality were all poor. Hotel bar had no draft beer, and only one variety of bottled beer. We didn't find the staff interested in our stay at all.

I had a wonderful time here with a comfortable stay in a perfect location close to both the mountains and town.

Staff really helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Nice friendly hotel. Food was good and position of hotel was great too, 5 minute walk to beach. Also, sofa bed split into two singles for kids. Good sized room with free Safe Deposit box. Would definitely visit again.

Bed was a little hard, and Wifi only available in reception. TV reception in room was not too good and no English channels!

The room was bright with smoke detectors and beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and the service from most staff members was friendly and welcoming.

alcossebre surpassed my expectations during this snorkeling trip. the stunning sea view from my light and airy room with lots of storage and a large balcony was unbeatable. the staff were helpful and flexible, even accommodating my change from halfboard to breakfast/lunch. the location was superb, only a 5 minute walk into town along the sea.

The food was repetitive and lacked variety.

The room was nice and tidy, had its own bathroom, and even a comfy sofa bed. 🛋️ It also had central heating and a TV with plenty of channels. the beds were cozy, and the location was just perfect.
